- Ensure the Customer Ledger you are creating in TradeGecko already exists in QuickBooks online here.
- Create the Custom Ledger Account within your QuickBooks App in TradeGecko, here. Enter the Name > select the Invoice type > click on Create.
- Once created, select the Ledger Account you would like to map to from QuickBooks using the Select a Ledger Account drop-down menu.
You can now specify the Custom Ledger Account on Variants. For example, you can have invoices created for a particular variant push the totals to Brand ABC Revenue, while others to push to Brand XYZ Revenue.
