There are three main reasons for unsuccessful B2B Payments. They are:
Unauthenticated 3D Secure details. If required, QuickBooks Commerce uses 3D Secure 2 to authenticate the customer using a one-time passcode or biometric ID.
Hidden IP addresses. For instance, customers who use a VPN. QuickBooks Commerce requires the IP address to be exposed, to successfully process secure payments and prevent fraudulent transactions. We do this to be aware of where the purchase is coming from and intervene earlier (if need be).
Order Limit of $10K. To protect our customers from fraudulent activities, we do not allow transactions above $10,000. If you would like to increase this limit, please reach out to your Account Manager.
