This workflow helps you add a tag to sales orders based on the details of a customer.
In this example, we look for a tag that could be present for certain customers when every new sales order is created in the system by specifying the filter: order.company.tags contains the tag we are looking for (e.g. Top Distributor). If it does then we can simply add a new, or existing, tag to all matched orders.
This will be reflected on the bottom left of the order, next to Tags.
This action will appear on the 'Order History' column of the Sales Order page, as an action performed by the user on your account who created the Workflow, and via TradeGecko Automation.
