This workflow helps you add a tag to customers based on a detail from a new sales order.
In this example, we look for the location of the shipping address when every new sales order is created in the system by specifying the filter: order.shipping_address.state contains the State for which we want to tag users (e.g. CA, California). We can use the rule 'equals any of' to add more than one possibility, by using a comma "," to separate each item.
In this case, we will check for the State of California or the abbreviation of 'CA'. If either exists, then we can simply add a new, or existing, tag to all matched customers.
This will be reflected on the top-left of the Relationships information page, next to Tags.
