This workflow helps you add a tag to sales orders based on a specific line item being present in the order.
In this example, we look for a product that could be present when every new sales order is created in the system by specifying the filter: order.contains_sku contains the SKU we are looking for (e.g. GIFTSET-023). If it does, then we can simply add a new, or existing, tag to all matched orders.
This will be reflected on the bottom left of the sales order next to Tags.
This action will appear on the 'Order History' column of the Sales Order page, as an action performed by the user on your account who created the Workflow, and via TradeGecko Automation.
