The Workflow helps you to send a notification to your customer when an order has been successfully shipped.
First, we look for new Shipments that have been created from Finalized Orders and establish if the tracking company that has been entered matches our selection.
For Orders that meet these criteria, we will send an email to the Customers' email address listed on the Fulfillment Order. The email can include a tracking number if this information exists in the Shipment.
