This is an effort to make the whole B2B experience fulfilling for our merchants (YOU!) and for you to provide a seamless shopping experience on your store for your customers.
You can now monitor the status of B2B email invitations to your customers through Delivery Status Notifications (DSN). 🚥 Click on B2B Commerce on your main navigation bar, and then ‘Customers’ tab.
You can refer to the ‘Status’ filter (as shown above). This will now give you increased visibility around understanding their interaction with the sent B2B email invitations.
Understanding the Five DSNs
TradeGecko has five DSNs, and they are namely:
Status |
Description |
Received |
Customers who successfully received the invitation email in their inbox awaiting the action. |
Opened |
Customers who opened the email invitation in their inbox. |
Clicked |
Customers who clicked through by clicking the ‘Accept Invitation’ button. |
Bounced |
Customers whose email invitations bounced and were not delivered. |
Spam Filtered |
Customers had a spam filter setup rejecting unsolicited emails and the invitation was recognized as one – failed to send the invitation. |
