Picking, Packing and Fulfilling a Single Sales Order
To pick, pack and fulfill a single Sales Order, go to the Sales Order section and click on Orders.
Click the Sales Order that you would like to generate a pick list for. Change the state of the Sales Order from “Active” to “Finalized” by clicking the “Finalize” button.
To generate your pick list, click on the dropdown arrow on the far right-hand side of the screen. Under Documents, click “Preview Order Pick List.” Or click the “Preview” button and click “Preview Order Pick List.”
A pick list will be generated. This can be printed or downloaded for you or your staff to collect the required materials and bring them to your packing station.
Once you have collected all of the variants associated with the Sales Order, you’ll want to mark them as “Packed” within TradeGecko.
Within the Sales Order, click the “Pack All” button located at the lower right-hand side of the screen within the Shipments box to pack this Sales Order.
Marking a Sales Order as “Packed” creates a shipment, which can be seen in the Shipments section within the Sales Orders section.
You’re now ready to ship your Sales Order. To change the status of the Shipment to “Shipped,” click the “Ship All” button.
Your shipping/fulfillment process will vary depending on whether or not you do so manually or use a shipping solution like ShipStation, Amazon FBA, or a 3PL provider. If you use another system, you can review how each one works with TradeGecko by visiting the Integrated Apps section of the Knowledge Center.
To review the history of a Sales Order, click “Show History” under the Shipments box.
Picking, Packing and Fulfilling Multiple Sales Orders
To pick, pack and fulfill multiple Sales Orders, go to the Sales Order section and click on Orders.
Check the box in the far left column for each Sales Orders that you would like to begin the picking process for.
From the “Bulk Actions” dropdown menu, select “Pick lists” from the Documents section.
A bulk pick list will be generated. This can be printed or downloaded for you or your staff to collect the required materials and bring them to your packing station.
Once all of the variants have been picked and packed in their respective boxes, use the “Bulk Actions” menu again to change the status of the Sales Orders to "Packed."
Marking multiple Sales Order as “Packed” will create multiple Shipments, which can be seen in the Shipments section within the Sales Orders section.
You’re now ready to ship your Sales Orders. At this point you can choose to change the status your Sales Orders to “Shipped” individually (by clicking into each Sales Order) or in bulk (by using the Bulk Actions dropdown).

Partially Picking, Packing and Fulfilling a Sales Order
To partially pick, pack and fulfill a single Sales Order, go to the Sales Order section and click on Orders.
Click the Sales Order that you would like to generate a pick list for. Change the state of the Sales Order from “Active” to “Finalized” by clicking the “Finalize” button.
Click on the dropdown arrow on the far right-hand side of the screen. Under Documents, click “Preview Order Pick List.”
A pick list will be generated. This can be printed or downloaded for you or your staff to collect the required materials and bring them to your packing station.
Once you have collected some, but not all of the variants associated with the Sales Order, you’ll want to pack them.
Click the “+ Manual” button located at the lower right-hand side of the screen within the Shipments box to partially pack this Sales Order.
You’ll now begin the process of creating a new Shipment.
From this window, adjust the quantity of variants that will be packed in this shipment. Hovering over each respective cell in the “Qty To Pack” column will cause arrows to pop up to adjust the quantity. Additionally, you can manually adjust the number by double clicking the number and entering the desired value.
When you’ve created the correct partial shipment, click the “Create” button located at the bottom of the window.
Once created, you can review the status of the Shipment.
You’re now ready to partially ship your Sales Order. To change the status of the Shipment to “Shipped,” click the “Ship” button located at the top right hand side of the Shipment box. The Shipment will change status to “Fulfilled.”
To pick, pack and fulfill the remainder of the Sales Order, go into the Sales Order in question and complete the pick, pack, and ship process as outlined above.

To review the history of a Sales Order, click “Show History” under the Shipments box.
Picking, Packing and Fulfilling with the PickPack app
First, install and authorize the PickPack app.
From the Browse Apps section, search for the PickPack app.
Click Install, then Authorize the app.
Connect a bluetooth scanner to your device.
Launch the PickPack app by going to https://pickpack.tradegecko.com (bookmark this address for easy access).
Select the location where you’d like to pick and pack your Sales Orders.
Select the Sales Order(s) that you would like to pick.
Click “Generate Pick List.”
From within the “To Pick” tab, pick the variants required for each Sales Order. This can be done by scanning individual variants to incrementally pick the total number or you can manually update the quantity if you do not have a barcode scanner.
Click “Confirm” when complete and a Shipment will be created in TradeGecko.
When you’re ready to pack your Sales orders, go to the “To Pack” tab.
From within the “To Pack” tab, select the Sales Order you’d like to pack and pack the variants required. This can be done by scanning individual variants to incrementally pack the total number or you can manually update the quantity if you do not have a barcode scanner.
Click “Confirm” when complete.
The Shipment’s status will be changed to “Packed.”
Within the “Packed” tab, you can review all of the Sales Orders ready to be shipped.
To ship these Sales Orders, go into TradeGecko.
Go to the Inventory section, then the Shipments section. Select the Shipment that you would like to ship.
Click the “Ship All” button to mark the shipment as Shipped.

Now let's walk through the Returns Process.
