- To set up the StarShipIT integration with QuickBooks Commerce, log in to your StarShipIT account.
Step 1 of 3: Open Settings page
In the StarShipIT main menu Click on Settings > Integration > Add New and select QuickBooks Commerce from the Add Integration List.
Step 2 of 3: Enter your QuickBooks Commerce credentials
Tick “Enable” and then click “Authorise.”
You will be taken through to QuickBooks Commerce where you can authorize your StarShipIT application and then you will be returned to the StarShipIT site.
Step 3 of 3: Import your orders
You are now ready to import your orders from QuickBooks Commerce into StarShipIT.
Click the Ship tab at the top of the page in StarShipIT. Click the “Import button.” Select QuickBooks Commerce and the number of days you wish to import, then click the “Import” button at the bottom right.
After a brief load time, it will display the number of imported orders. Click “Close” to re-load your shipping page with the newly imported orders. You should now see your shipments in StarShipIT. Once the orders are imported you can sort and filter the orders.
Additional Notes & Integration Details
StarShipIT has the following features currently available for its QuickBooks Commerce integration:
- Writeback
- Partial shipments
- Import weight
- Import multiple order status
- Item descriptions
Not supported:
- Import dimensions
- Live rates at checkout
- Allow multiple integrations
- Add-on extension or app
Sync Details:
StarShipIT can automatically import your orders from QuickBooks Commerce every 10 minutes or you can run a manual import as often as you like by clicking the “import” button on StarShipIT’s Ship tab.
Reporting:
StarShipIT does have a reporting function. However, as the data is pushed to QuickBooks Commerce from StarShipIT, you can also run reports via QuickBooks Commerce. To learn more, read StarShipIT's comprehensive integration guide.
