Step 1: Before adding The Iconic on QuickBooks Commerce
Before you can start adding The Iconic on QuickBooks Commerce, you need to login to The Iconic.com Seller Center, go to Settings and get the API information from Integration Management
1.2 If you haven’t set up your products in QuickBooks Commerce yet, make sure all of the products in your Iconic store have been uploaded to QuickBooks Commerce. You can use our CSV import tool or import products automatically from another sales channel such as Shopify.
Step 2: Add The Iconic Sales Channel to Your QuickBooks Commerce Store
Once you have saved the API information from The Iconic, it's time to add The Iconic Sales Channel to your QuickBooks Commerce store.
2.1: Install The Iconic
From QuickBooks Commerce, click here to start adding The Iconic.
Otherwise, you can start by going to the Browse Apps section on the sidebar & select The Iconic from the Marketplace section
2.2: Fill in your store information
The location selected will be your fulfillment location in QuickBooks Commerce for The Iconic’s orders.
2.3: Enter your API information from Step 1
2.4: Customise Product Sync
Select the product sync settings to fit your inventory workflow for The Iconic.

If you select this option, all of your products in QuickBooks Commerce will be created in The Iconic during installation. When you create a new product in QuickBooks Commerce, it will be created in The Iconic post-install. |

For products matched by SKU between QuickBooks Commerce and The Iconic, QuickBooks Commerce will update The Iconic when the Product stock level changes. |

Disable inactive product sync |
When you delete a product or set to inactive in QuickBooks Commerce, it will not get updated to The Iconic. |
2.5: Price Mapping
If you select “Sync Product Prices from QuickBooks Commerce to The Iconic”, you can map The Iconic price list to an existing QuickBooks Commerce's price list. We will be the master of price and updating price changes to The Iconic.
2.6: Order Sync
You can easily customize how you want to manage orders from The Iconic.

Sync The Iconic order without an invoice |
If this option is selected, we will sync the Iconic Order as “Active” without an invoice. This is recommended for Australian merchants as they will receive payment from The Iconic 30 days after the sales order is made. |
Update The Iconic Order Status from QuickBooks Commerce |
This is recommended if you manage the fulfillment process in QuickBooks Commerce. When you mark an order as Fulfilled in QuickBooks Commerce, this will update the order status in The Iconic as Fulfilled. |

After the integration onboarding, you can review and change your settings anytime from My Apps > The Iconic.
FAQs
How much does it cost for The Iconic integration?
The Iconic is available as a sales channel on QuickBooks Commerce. If you haven’t reached the limit for sales channels under your subscription plan, you can install The Iconic with $0 additional charge. Otherwise, you can choose to upgrade to a new plan with more sales channels and features or subscribe for 50$/month just for The Iconic.
My sale orders haven’t been imported to QuickBooks Commerce
If you find a missing sales order, you can check if products included in your sales orders have been created in QuickBooks Commerce. Once the products are created in QuickBooks Commerce with the same SKUs, the orders can be imported again.
