Your Shopify Product Listing tab displays all your Products from Shopify, which include:
- Shopify Products currently linked to TradeGecko products
- Unlinked Products
- Pending Order Variants
- Products with Errors
Having All Products selected within the Show drop-down menu, you'll see all of the above-mentioned products.
If you have unlinked products that you need to link or have products on Shopify that you need to import into TradeGecko (if they do not exist in TradeGecko), select Unlinked Only within the Show drop-down menu.
Click on the product to resolve - If the Product does not exist within TradeGecko, you'll be prompted to enter the Initial Cost. Once entered, click on Import Product to successfully import and link the Product. If the product already exists in TradeGecko, with matching name and SKU, you'll be prompted to simply Link the Shopify version and TradeGecko version of the product (rather than import).
If you have Pending Orders for Shopify, you can use the Pending Order Variants option within the Show drop-down menu. This list will display all the products that are causing the Pending Orders. It is important to ensure there aren't any Pending Orders or Pending Order Variants to ensure all of your products stock levels are up to date between both platforms. You can find more information on the Stock Level Sync process here. Within the link, simply click on the product for information/instructions on what is causing the error and how to rectify.
The Errors Only option within the Show drop-down menu displays a list of products with errors and information on how to resolve.
