You can edit Production Orders after it has been created. The level of information that you can edit will vary depending on the status of the Production Orders. To edit the order, click on the “Edit” button found at the top of the page.
Here’s a list of all information that you can edit base on the Production Order status.
Draft Status
- Update “Quantity to produce” - component quantity will be adjusted accordingly.
- Set “Due Date”
- Update and add items on the “Other Costs.”
- Add an update “Notes.”
- Edit “Production Order Number”
- Assign a Location
- Set an Assignee
- Add a “Reference Number”
Finalized Status
- Set “Due Date”
- Edit line item notes
- Update and add items on the “Other Costs.”
- Add and update “Notes.”
- Edit “Production Order Number”
- Set an Assignee
- Add a “Reference Number”
In-Production Status
- Set “Due Date”
- Set “Started Date”
- Set “Started Time”
- Edit line item notes
- Update and add items on the “Other Costs.”
- Add and update “Notes.”
- Edit “Production Number”
- Set an Assignee
- Add a “Reference Number”
Please note that once you have updated the Production Order status, you will no longer revert it.
