After uploading images into TradeGecko, you may notice that a different image or no image is displayed for your variants in your B2B portal. This is likely because you have selected a different image for your variants or not attached the images at all on a variant level.
Let's take this product as an example.
You have uploaded images for your product Cocktail Dress in TradeGecko.
On the Variants tab, this is what it looks like.
And in your B2B portal, this is what it will look like.
To ensure that images are reflected in your B2B portal, you will have to assign the product level images to your variants. To assign the images, select the variant you wish to assign the image to and select the corresponding image.
After the images have been assigned to your variants, the images will now be visible in your B2B portal.
If you have product level images that you would like to show on your B2B portal, to make a better representation of your products, you may attach the product level image on the first variant under that product and make it the default image.
You have now completed assigning the images to your variants!
