Here is a quick summary of the difference between the stock levels that are showing in TradeGecko:
- Stock on Hand - the actual stock levels that you have in your warehouse regardless if it is committed or not.
- Committed Stock - that are yet to be fulfilled regardless if packed or not. Once an order has been finalized for a particular product, then it will automatically update the committed stock until it has been fulfilled. If you use manufacturing, this quantity also includes the stock added to production orders.
- Available Stock - the uncommitted stock you have on hand. Or items that have not been committed into Sales Order.
- Incoming Stock - stock from incoming purchase orders that you are set to receive. If you use manufacturing, this quantity also includes the stock coming in from production orders that are finalized for production or are under production already.
