Difference between stock levels in TradeGecko

Here is a quick summary about the difference between the stock levels that are showing in TradeGecko: 
 
  • Stock on Hand - these are the actual stock levels that you have on your warehouse regardless if it is committed or not.
  • Committed Stocks - these are stocks that are yet to be fulfilled regardless if packed or not. Once an order has been finalized for a particular product, then it will automatically update the committed stocks until it has been fulfilled.
  • Available Stocks - these are the uncommitted stocks you have on hand. Or items that has not been committed into Sales Order.
  • Incoming Stocks - these are stocks from incoming purchase orders that you are set to receive.

To track Committed stocks, navigate through the Variant's Activity section and choose "Open Sales Orders".

Furthermore, you can see an overview of each stock levels from all products through the following reports:
 
Note
The stock level that is pushed to your Sales Channel (e.g. Shopify) is the Available stocks from the assigned location.
