Before we start, make sure you have already added Barcode number to your products. Here's an article to guide you through the steps in updating Barcode number of existing products.
As soon as the scanner is connected, you can start scanning the items. It will automatically populate in the "Item Name" field and goes to the next line. When you scan the same item, the quantity will increment by 1 or depending on the number of times you've scanned the item.
Sales Order
Go to Sales Order > click "New Sales Order" > then choose the Customer.

Purchase Order
Go to Stock Control > click "Create New" > "New Purchase Order > then choose the Supplier.

- Receive Purchase Order
- New Stock Transfers
- Search products by Barcode
- Perform a Stock take
- Barcode Printing
- Add quantities on PickPack
Note
We work with any USB Barcode scanner and recommend the Bluetooth Socket Mobile barcode scanning product range. EAN13/ UPC Barcodes are recommended.
