Have you forgotten your password or been locked out of your account after entering your password incorrectly multiple times? (don’t worry, we’ve all been there 😓). Simply reset your password from the B2B store’s login page.
On the sign-in screen, click on ‘Forgot'.
A screen such as below will re-load where you will enter the email address associated with the B2B store.
Check your inbox for a ‘Reset password instructions’ email.
- The link does not expire until the invitor (aka B2B store owner/admin) revokes your access. In such cases, you will need to request a new one by sending an email or filling up a ‘Request Form’.
- If you received a password reset email that you didn’t request, don’t panic! 😅 Just ignore the email.
Then follow the instructions to set a new password that is at least eight characters in length. Click ‘Update Password’.
Create unique passwords that use a combination of words, numbers, symbols, and both upper and lower case letters yet easy to remember. Think of relatability, not complexity.
For e.g., if you like music and Drake is your fave artiste, this could be a strong password: Dr!zzYdR4k3
Once updating, you will automatically sign in to the B2B store. 🥳
