Before you begin,
Always remember to save your reports before scheduling. The 'Schedule Report' option in the drop-down will not be displayed if you do not save your choice report.

🎯 Best practices for scheduling a report
Scheduled Reports work best when they are already sorted. For example, you can save a 'Top products' or 'Top customers' report. When you schedule a report, the report's top 20 results will be delivered to your inbox.
Here's how you can create such a report:

Use the 'Last' function within Date Presets: Last 7 Days, Last Week, Last Month, Last Year, etc., because it ensures the full data of the date preset selected to be included in your generated scheduled reports.

For example, if you have scheduled a report with the date preset of 'This week', and as the reports are delivered on a Monday (for weekly reports), you will not have the full data (or no data at all) for the current week. The generated report will only pull data before Monday's data, not an entire week's worth of data.
