To add extra line items go into the Orders page of your TradeGecko for Sales App.
Select the Order that you wish to edit and tap on the Edit button on that Order. You will see that there are 2 buttons - "Add Product" and "Add Extra".
What the "Add Product" button does is that it will allow you to add any items you left out in your Order.
What "Add Extra" does is that it will allow you to add extra line items or charges to the Order. For example, shipping costs.
If you scroll down, you will see that you can edit other details such as Ship from location, Reference number, Email, Phone Number, Tax Inclusive and even add Notes to the Order.
Let us try to add shipping costs to this Order. Tap on the "Add Extra" button.
The 3 fields, Label, Quantity and Price are required fields.
Click "Update" when you are ready. Now, on the Order Summary page, you would be able to see that shipping costs have been included.
Other possible Extra Costs include handling fees, duty fees etc.
