The Sales over Time report for Customer allows you to view your top-performing customers. This information is especially useful if you are a wholesaler and you’re trying to figure out customised price lists and discounts for your customers. This article will go over how to create this report.
First, go into the Intelligence Section and click on Sales by Customer.
Select the date range.
You can either manually select the date range or used one of the preset date ranges.
Once you have selected the date range and click Apply, and you will be able to see your top-performing customers for that time period.
If you want to see how a particular customer has performed during that time period, simply click on Add Filters. You will be able to select the filter from the drop-down menu. Once you select Customer as the filter, you will be able to search for that particular customer. Click on Apply Filter.
You can also view other information in the report below by various metrics from the Show Me drop-down menu.
You will see the sales report generated by this particular customer with various metrics, over a time period like this:
If you were looking to exclude certain data from the Report results, you can add an is not filter to the report by selecting any of the available filters, select is not from the middle drop-down menu, add the specific criteria on the right drop-down menu. Click on Apply Filter. Based on the example above, data from the B2B eCommerce channel will be excluded in this report.
