To edit customer information such as the address, phone number and customer type, first go to the Relationship tab of the App. You will see a list of all your customers. Search for and select the customer whose information you need to edit.
Go into a Relationship> click "Edit" (top right hand corner of the page) to edit the customer name, phone number and email address.
To add Contact details, go to the Relationships tab> and click on the selected Relationship.
You can edit the name, title, email, phone and mobile numbers and department of the contact. You can also add additional notes about the contact. If you touch the addresses tab you can edit address related information such as city, state and postal code as well as the email address.
If there are any additional notes you need to make on the customer, you may add that to your notes as well. This is useful for the relevant account users to take note of, for example if the customer reorders at every quarter of the year, or requires special attention for as a highly valued VIP client.
