You can invite customers through the B2B eCommerce section, but they must first be listed as a contact in Relationships.
Just click on Customers and filter the status by `Unauthorized`. Then hit the `Invite` button.
Alternatively, go to Relationships via the toolbar on the left side of the page and choose the company to edit.
Once you have filled in the relevant fields, check the box to ‘Invite to B2B eCommerce’ as shown in the screenshot below;
A new contact has now been created and they will receive an email inviting them to the portal.
You can also send out invitations to existing contacts in Relationships. Just click on the contact and a popup box like the one shown below will appear.
Click on 'Invite' to authorise B2B eCommerce to send an invitation to your customer.
Customers you have invited will receive an email such as the one below, inviting them to sign up for TradeGecko’s Private B2B e-Commerce portal.
Go to B2B eCommerce and choose Customers.
Filter the status by `Unauthorized` and check the box next to Full Name.
Under Bulk Actions, choose Bulk Invite from the drop-down.
