Invite your Customers to your B2B eCommerce Platform individually:
To invite your customers individually to order your products via the eCommerce platform go the Relationships via the toolbar on the left side of the page.
Your customer must first be listed as a contact in Relationships.
Once you have filled in the relevant fields, check the box to ‘Invite to B2B eCommerce’ as shown in the screenshot below;
A new contact has now been created and they will receive an email inviting them to the portal.
You can also send out invitations to existing contacts in Relationships.
Click on a contact Relationships.
A popup box like the one shown below will appear.
Click on ‘Send Invitation’ to authorise B2B eCommerce to send an invitation to your customer.
Customers you have invited will receive an email such as the one below, inviting them to sign up for TradeGecko’s Private B2B e-Commerce portal.
