Don’t forget to check out how you can personalize your B2B email invitation with a one-off message once you have decided on the mode of invitation.
You can invite customers through the B2B Commerce section, but they must first be listed as a contact in Relationships.
Just click on Customers and filter the status by Unauthorized and click the `Invite' button.
Alternatively, you can click on the Relationships tab via the main navigation bar and choose to ‘+Add a Contact’.
Once you have filled in the relevant fields, check the ‘Invite to B2B Commerce’ box.:
A new contact has now been created, and they will receive an email inviting them to the B2B Commerce platform. 🙌🏽
Did you know that you can also send out invitations to existing contacts in Relationships? Simply navigate to the B2B Commerce tab and then 'Customers'. Click on the contact, and you will be redirected to Relationships with a popup box.
Customers you have invited will receive an email such as the one below, inviting them to sign up for the B2B Commerce platform.
Simply navigate to the B2B Commerce tab and then Customers. Filter the status by `Unauthorized` and check the box next to Full Name. As shown in the demo, under the Bulk Actions drop-down, choose the ‘Bulk Invite’ option.

3. Shareable Link
You can invite customers to your B2B Commerce platform by sharing an invitation link with them. For instance, if your buyer fails to locate or receive the B2B invitation email sent from QuickBooks Commerce for any reason, you can simply choose to generate a unique invitation link to be sent directly to them.
Simply navigate to the B2B Commerce tab and then Customers. Under the ‘Manage’ drop-down on the far right, select ‘Get Shareable Invite Link’.
A pop-up will appear, and then click on ‘Reveal Shareable Link’.
The link will be revealed, and you can click ‘Copy’.
Anyone with the invitation link will be able to automatically have access to your B2B store even if they get the forwarded link from someone else. Be sure that you only share the link with trusted people.
Adding a custom message to B2B invitations
This is your opportunity to add a touch of personalization to the first B2B email invitation you send to your customers! ✨
To do so, click on B2B Commerce on your main navigation bar and then the ‘Customers’ tab. Next, click on the ‘Invite’ button for the selected customer.
This feature is only available for sending one email invite and does not support Bulk Actions yet.
Fill in the requisite details and simply type in your one-off customized message in the pop-up as shown in the video below.
