The table above depicts how the products come into QuickBooks Commerce during the first import.
After the initial import:
Prices: Changes made to QuickBooks Commerce prices will be updated on Amazon for both MFN and AFN products.
Stock Levels: Changes made to QuickBooks Commerce will be updated on Amazon only for MFN products.
Creating Products
QuickBooks Commerce does not create products on Amazon. When you publish a product on Amazon, we match it by SKU and create QuickBooks Commerce's respective link.
Pending Orders
For Both MFN (Merchant Fulfilled) or FBA, QuickBooks Commerce pulls pending Orders from Amazon. These Orders come in as Active. Prices for Pending Orders will be incorrect. You can either manually edit the prices for these orders or, once the credit card details tied to the order have been confirmed, the order will automatically progress to Finalized, and the Prices will automatically be updated.
Fulfillments
QuickBooks Commerce checks for updated orders on Amazon every 10 mins. If an order has been updated to Shipped on Amazon, we will update it on QuickBooks Commerce.
Returns
For both Amazon MFN & FBA orders, returns are not automatically synced to QuickBooks Commerce. The returns must be manually created in QuickBooks Commerce against the Sales Order. Alternatively, you can create a Stock Adjustment to account for the returned stock.
Keep Selling Past Zero
QuickBooks Commerce does not sync the Keep Selling Past Zero feature with Amazon. Therefore, when your stock levels hit zero, your products will be displayed as Out of Stock.
