Add Tags to a Purchase Order

Do you have an infinitesimally long list of Purchase Orders and you find that manually sifting through them is too time consuming? Well, you can add tags to Purchase Orders (both new and existing) and make them exponentially more searchable! Here's how.

Add a tag to an existing Purchase Order

Select the Purchase Order you want to add a tag to. Click on the 'Edit Order' button on the top right hand corner of the Purchase Order. You will see the field to which you can create and add tags.

You can add more than one tag to a Purchase Order. You can also add tags that you previously created. Click 'Save' to complete. 

Note
Tags are only available for Purchase Orders in your Stock Control, not for Stock Transfers or Stock Adjustments.

Add a tag to a new Purchase Order

First go to your Stock Control section and click on New Purchase Order.

Fill in the fields as you normally would.

Add tags and click on 'Save' to complete. 

Note
Tags for Purchase Orders are separate from tags you create for Sales Orders. So if you have created a tag for a Sales Order it will not be suggested to you when you are adding tags to a Purchase Order.
