If you have uninstalled your QuickBooks Commerce - Magento integration, and you are attempting to reinstall it, you may face the following roadblock!
During the Setup & Import phase of your installation process you may encounter an issue regarding an existing product attribute group, which will prevent you from integrating:

This happens because you have an existing “QuickBooks Commerce Options” product attribute group in the “QuickBooks Commerce” product attribute set, in your Magento account (from your previous installation).
As a result, QuickBooks Commerce is unable to create or retrieve the product attribute group ID, which is required for integration.
Resolving the Issue
To resolve the issue, you will need to remove the existing “QuickBooks Commerce Options” product attribute group from your Magento account.
- Go to “Manage Attributes Set”
First, log in to your Magento Admin Panel, and navigate to “Catalog > Attributes > Manage Attributes Set”.

- Click on “QuickBooks Commerce” Attribute Set
Next, click on the “QuickBooks Commerce” attribute set under the Manage Attribute Sets section.

- Remove “QuickBooks Commerce Options” Attribute Group
Under the “Groups” section, first, select the “QuickBooks Commerce Options” group.
Then click on “Delete Selected Group”.
Finally, click on “Save Attribute Set”.

- Retry Magento Integration Setup on QuickBooks Commerce
Back on your QuickBooks Commerce app, click on “Retry”. Your Magento Integration setup will be resolved.
