Invitation emails are a critical component to bring your customers on board to your B2B store. Creating a custom B2B invite email template increases trust from the get-go and makes your email look great!
Let's explore a few elements of the email template so you know how best to use their capabilities.
From the main navigation bar, click on Settings > ‘Email Templates’ tab.
Choose the template named ‘B2B invite’ and set it up to suit your preferences or click on the ‘New Email Template’ button on the top right-hand corner.
Once done, click ‘Save’.
Next, on your sub-navigation bar, click on the ‘Branding & Documents’ tab. This is where you can get personalize the templating with your brand identity for all your documents, email templates sales orders and more!
There is a default brand document for you to personalize and apply to your B2B invite. Below is a demo of the various settings you can make changes to.
If you wish to have an array of branding themes for your emails to choose from, you can do so by upgrading your plan. Multiple branding themes is a feature currently available to customers who are on our Premium and Pro plans.
Under Email Settings, assign the theme you saved above for your B2B invite. Click ‘Save Changes’.
Your custom B2B invite email template is now set up and ready to use. 👏🏽📧
