Here are three ways you can manage your customers' access to your B2B store:
Firstly, click on the B2B Commerce tab from your main navigation bar and navigate to Customers.
There are five clickable filters displayed on the top of the page (All, Authorized, Unauthorized, Invited, Revoked), as well as a search bar that allows you to search existing information of your customers' company, contact name, or email.
Alternatively, you can add and remove columns displaying various customer descriptions via the ⚙ toggle on the right. You can also reset columns, and by doing so, the page will display the Full Name, Company Name, Company Code, Email Address, Position, and Status of each customer/buyer.
Invite & Bulk invite customers to your B2B Store
While on the Customers tab, check the buyers you wish to invite at one go and click on the 'Bulk Invite' button.
For customers who have accepted your invitation and are now Authorized, you can click on the 'Manage' button, which will give you two drop-down options to either reset the password or revoke access.
Revoke access for an invited contact to your B2B Store
Revoking a customer’s access is easy. You can do so directly from the B2B Commerce> Customers page using the toggle as shown above ⬆️ or go to the Relationships tab in your app and then select the Company that the contact belongs to.
Next, scroll down and check the box next to the contact name. A Bulk Action button will appear and select the 'Disable B2B Commerce Access' option.
This contact will no longer be able to visit your B2B store. ⛔️
Bulk action to Disable B2B Commerce access for multiple contacts
To revoke multiple contacts access to your B2B store for multiple at once, navigate to the Relationships tab in the app. Then, select the contacts you wish to revoke access from and then click on the Bulk Actions button.
Similarly, from the dropdown selection, choose ‘Disable B2B Commerce Access’.
These contacts will no longer have access to your B2B store. ⛔️
If you wish to reinstate their access later, repeat the process above and select 'Enable B2B Commerce Access' instead.
If you want to see a list of customers whose access has been revoked, click on the 'Revoked' label filter on your B2B Commerce > Customers tab.
Finally, clicking on the contact will show an Edit Contact pop-up where you can see detailed information regarding the contact.
