For configuration changes within Salesforce, we recommend having your Salesforce administrator walk you through those changes to avoid complications in other parts of your Salesforce account.
Once you have successfully integrated TradeGecko with Salesforce, you will need to perform the following actions to ensure TradeGecko has the correct Field Level Security on your Salesforce account.
Check if the “Hidden” TradeGecko profile has the correct Field Level Security Access for all TradeGecko related settings.
Click Setup and type Sites in the “Quick Find / Search” field located on the left side of the page.
Click “Edit” to access your Force.com
Click “Public Access Settings”.
Scroll down and look for “Field Level Security” then click “View” beside Account.
Scroll down and look for the field name that has “TradeGecko” in it and ensure that it has “Read and Edit Access”. Edit it if necessary, then Save.
On the left side of the page, click “Profile” then look for all the profiles that that has the User License “Salesforce”.
Click the Profile name, then “Field Level Security” and then click “View” once again. Scroll down and look for the field name that has “TradeGecko” in it, make sure that it has “Read and Edit Access” and then save again.
