Variants- Overview

Your inventory is made up of products (this is what you sell ie; tee-shirts, mugs etc).

Variants refer to groups of the same product, categorised by specific attributes.

Example

If you sell T-shirts then your product would be that particular T-shirt. A variant would be that same T-shirt in its different colours, or different sizes.

You can "Add Filter" to your variants to make it easier for you to access the variants you frequently check. Some of the filters you can add are product type, manage stock, sellable, stock location and more. Name the filter and save it.

At a glance, you will be able to view the granular information about your inventory levels.

Specifically, for each SKU it shows the following metrics:
  • Moving Average Cost
  • Stock on Hand
  • Committed Stock
  • Incoming Stock
