How to change or disable Product status

Your products can be either "Active" or "Disabled". 

Active

The “Active” status is for products that are currently being used/sold/purchased. Active products will appear in all your Intelligence reports as well as sales orders and purchase orders.

Disabled

The “Disabled” status is for products that are not being purchased or sold at a particular point in time. It could also be for discontinued products. You can exclude “Disabled” products from your reports. Note that disabling your product will not unpublish it from any of your connected integration (e.g. Shopify). We recommend unpublishing the product first before disabling it.

Disabling a Manufactured Product will not stop the product from being produced. If you wish to discontinue the production of the Manufactured Product, you will have to discontinue the Bill of Materials.

To change the status of a product, go to the Inventory tab and select the product. Click on the "Details" tab. Check the option "This Product is Active" to set the product to Active or uncheck the option to set the product to Disabled.
