With multiple branding themes you will be able to create more than one theme for each of your document types. You are not restricted on the number of themes you can create.

To access your document themes click on Documents and Branding via Settings on your main app manager. In documents and branding click on “ New branding theme” on the top right hand corner of the page.

A popup such as the one below will appear. Here you can set the name for your theme, select the colour to be used for links, titles and backgrounds as well a complementary colour to draw attention to your logo.

Once you have entered the name of your theme, click on create and two more fields for Email Logo and PDF logo will appear.

Note
The new fields will have its details populated from your default theme. To change your default theme, go to Account Details and Select from the dropdown box labelled Default Branding Themes.

To fully utilize themes, you should ensure your have allocated themes to your contact via Relationships. Documents pertaining to these companies will then be assigned the allocated theme rather than the default setting.

Go to the Relationships section via your main app manager.

Select your desired company and click on edit. You will be able to set the theme for the contact here.

Note
When importing your customers via csv you can indicate if you want to set up the default branding theme.
