TradeGecko does not allow branding changes using html.
First, Click on the Identity & Branding tab in your Settings section.
Click on one of the the theme.

“So what exactly are document themes and how do I use them”, do you ask? Good question. Documents refer to the various material you can generate in-app. These include:
- Sales Orders
- Credit Notes
- Purchase Orders
- Stock Transfers
- Shipping Labels
- Shipping Details
- Pick Lists
In Themes you can upload your company logo, create a footer for your documents and set a custom colour for your email templates. Additionally you can set specific settings for specific documents.
For example you can set up a certain email template, PDF title and additional notes to your Sales Orders.
This means that at any given time you must have 6 email templates by default.
If you have assigned a particular email template for Sales Order this information will automatically be input when you create a new Sales Order.
