Isn't she a beauty?

“So what exactly are document themes and how do I use them”, do you ask? Good question. Documents refer to the various material you can generate in-app. These include:

  1. Quotes
  2. Sales Orders
  3. Invoices
  4. Credit Notes
  5. Purchase Orders
  6. Stock Transfers
  7. Shipping Labels
  8. Shipping Details
  9. Pick Lists

In Themes you can upload your company logo, create a footer for your documents and set a custom colour for your email templates. Additionally you can set specific settings for specific documents.

Note
These customisations apply ONLY to the email templates of these documents. They will NOT be reflected in your PDFs.

For example you can set up a certain email template, PDF title and additional notes to your Sales Orders.

Note
Email templates that are in use in your document themes cannot be deleted. In order to delete the template you must first select another template within document themes, to replace it.

This means that at any given time you must have 6 email templates by default.

If you have assigned a particular email template for Sales Order this information will automatically be input when you create a new Sales Order.

Once you have set up all your customizable setting you will be able to view what your emails will look like:

Enjoy!
