Personalize the branding on your documents, email templates, and B2B eCommerce using a Branding Theme.
QuickBooks Commerce does not allow branding changes using HTML.
First, click on the Brands & Documents tab in your Settings section.

Click on the brand you wish to edit.
Brand Details
Under Brand Details, you can customize the Brand name, Brand colors, Contact Email, Contact Phone #, Billing Location, Document language, and logo. You can also select to make the brand the default. The Brand name, Billing Location address, Contact Phone #, and Contact Email will be displayed on your document footer. If you have multiple brands as a part of your plan, you can customize each brand separately.

Document Settings
Going to the Document Settings tab will display general document settings and document-specific settings. You can customize various aspects of the document such as Font/Page size, Document titles, select what can be displayed on each document. The documents you can customize include:
- Sales Orders
- Quotes
- Invoices
- Credit Note
- Stock Transfers
- Shipping Labels
- Shipping Details
- Pick Lists


Email Settings
Under the Email Settings tab, you will see the default email templates used for your transaction emails when you use this brand.

If you assigned a particular email template for Sales Order, this information would automatically be replicated when you create a new Sales Order.

You can make changes to your brand details and settings by going to Settings > Brands & Documents.
