QuickBooks Commerce enables you to use the Sales Order importer to quickly add line items to a Sales Order.
Open a New Sales Order and click on 'Import via CSV' located on the top right of the window.
An importer pop-up will open up:
Next, create a simple CSV file that contains the details of the order information that you need to import following the given example above.
Open Excel or any other spreadsheet software and create two primary columns:
Enter the appropriate SKUs and Quantity values under these columns and save it.
Now, you are ready to upload the file to QuickBooks Commerce. Go back to your browser and add the file to the importer.
Click on the Import button, and your data will appear on the order sheets.
