Sometimes things do not go according to plan! If you ever notice something not syncing between Magento or Tradegecko, we recommend you check the logs.
So what do the messages all mean and how do you fix the issues?
A variant cannot be synced with Magento because it is missing a SKU.
- To fix this, please add a SKU to the variant in TradeGecko.
A variant cannot be synced with Magento because it has no price on the selected price list.
- To fix this, please add a price to the variant in the TradeGecko price list you have selected to use in Magento (which if not set will default to retail).
An order cannot be imported from Magento - one of the Order Line Items does not exist in TradeGecko, or does not have the right SKU in order to be matched.
- To fix this, please add a variant in TradeGecko with the correct SKU or add the SKU to the correct variant.
