Sometimes things do not go according to plan! If you ever notice something not syncing between Magento or QuickBooks Commerce, we recommend checking the logs.
So what do the messages all mean, and how do you fix the issues?
A variant cannot be synced with Magento because it is missing an SKU.
- To fix this, please add an SKU to the variant in QuickBooks Commerce.
A variant cannot be synced with Magento because it has no price on the selected price list.
- Please add a price to the variant in the QuickBooks Commerce price list you have selected to use in Magento (which, if not set, will default to retail).
An order cannot be imported from Magento - one of the Order Line Items does not exist in QuickBooks Commerce or does not have the right SKU to be matched.
