QuickBooks Commerce's Amazon integration helps you to manage stock levels on Amazon, retrieve sales orders and process them efficiently.
Step 1
Amazon Prep - Authorize QuickBooks Commerce
To integrate QuickBooks Commerce with Amazon, sign in to your Amazon Seller Central account first. Click on Settings > User Permissions:
Scroll to the bottom of this page and locate the Third-party developer and apps section, from here click on Visit Manage Your Apps:
Click on 'Authorise new developer':
Enter the Developer name & Developer ID based on the corresponding marketplace information below:

Click 'Next'.
Accept the Amazon MWS License Agreement by checking the box and click Next. Now retrieve your Merchant Token, Marketplace ID, and MWS Authorisation Token.
Step 2
Finalizing the Amazon Integration on QuickBooks Commerce
On your account, go to your App store and click on the Amazon integration.

Click on Install Amazon. Fill in the Amazon Integration form with your Merchant Token (i.e. merchant ID) and MWS Authorisation Token. Select your Primary Marketplace ID from the dropdown options.

At this screen, you will need to set up your Amazon Stock Locations. You can select from 2 options: Existing locations (i.e. All Locations) or Create new.

Select which price list to sync your Amazon 'Retail' prices to or create a new price list.


Confirm if you would like to import your products from Amazon now or at a later stage, and then click on Continue.

Once your products have been matched you will receive an email notification. So click on Next, to continue setting up.
You have now completed your Amazon integration successfully!
