To update the addresses of your relationships, navigate to Relationships, then click the Bulk Manage button. Select the Update Relationships option.
You'll be directed to the following screen, from here select the Address option:
To export a current address list, click the Export Address List button.
The addresses you can export or update depends on your permissions. Your administrator can set if you can only see companies that have been assigned to you. The addresses you have access will be scoped by the companies you have access to.
When the export is ready, the Export Address List button will change to Download Address List. Click to Download the spreadsheet with your Address information data.
When editing the downloaded CSV file, please note that Address Label and Line 1 can’t be blank as these are required fields. They must also be less than 255 characters long.
When creating a new address, add a new row and fill in the Company ID (so it matches the company's ID you want to add the address to) but leave the Address ID blank.
Upload the spreadsheet with the changes back into QuickBooks Commerce.
