You can enable the request for access feature on your B2B Store admin panel. Click the hamburger icon ☰ on the top left and select the 'Access' tab. Check the 'Enable request for access' box. Add the email address that the requests will be mailed to.
You may tailor the Title and Subheading of your request form to your liking. Once done, click 'Save Changes'.
When potential buyers come to your store's login page, they will see this:
They can click on 'Request Access' which will direct them to a short form (the one you customized above 😃) to fill in some company details.
Once they have completed the form and submitted the request, they will see the following screen:
Then, you will receive an email titled: Request for B2B Platform Access - Walkwander Holdings with the details of the form sent to the primary email address of your TradeGecko account.
From this email, you can click on 'Enable B2B Access for this requestor' by sending them an email invitation to your B2B eCommerce platform. Should you require further details prior to allowing access, you can choose to reply via email first.
