You can fulfil your Sales Orders from any sales channel using Amazon FBA. On the sales order, select your FBA Warehouse as your "Ship from" location.
Note: Orders from Amazon Seller Central get fulfilled automatically and will appear in the Sales Order.
When creating an order, selecting an FBA location in the Ship From dropdown would prompt the user that he is creating an order that will be fulfilled by Amazon.
Ensure the following details are correct:
- A valid country name or country code
- Address 1 must be present
- Zipcode must be present
- State should be valid (North America)
- SKUs in the Sales Order must also exist in your FBA account
- The Ship-to country must be the same as the originating FBA location
Clicking Finalize would trigger a modal to popup to ensure that the user understands that the order is FBA.
When a packed shipment is created in TradeGecko, the status message box would keep the user updated on the current status of the fulfillment order in Amazon.
Ship All / Ship button will be disabled as it is now up to FBA to update the TG shipment as soon as the order has been fulfilled by Amazon.
TradeGecko will send the shipment to Amazon. If a product listed in the shipment does not exist in FBA or does not have enough stock, TradeGecko will be notified. To fix this, go to the Amazon FBA error logs for more details.
You may need to create a purchase order or stock transfer to increase your stock levels and fulfill the shipment.
All shipments that need to be canceled must be canceled on Amazon. The fulfillment status on TradeGecko will be updated once Amazon’s shipment has been canceled.
Amazon will update your shipment to a “Shipped” status once it has been dispatched to your customer. Amazon will now proceed with managing the shipment. Once the quantities in the order have been fulfilled, Amazon will update the fulfillment status to “Complete”.
