You can change the settings of your QuickBooks Commerce-Magento integration to best suit your needs. Go to your Apps> under the Magento integration, go to Settings.
1. Enable/Disable integration
Enabling this integration allows one-way import of sales orders (Magento to QuickBooks Commerce) and two-way (between QuickBooks Commerce and Magento) sync of product information.

When an order is made on your Magento store, a new Relationship will be created in QuickBooks Commerce. Select if you wish to create the Relationship as Business Customers or Consumers.

4. Disable future sync of product description
If you do not wish to make further changes to product description, you can check this box to disable future sync.
5. Manage variant details

Checking this box allows QuickBooks Commerce to update Magento Product details.
6. Manage Shipment
If this option is enabled, QuickBooks Commerce will create shipments in Magento once the shipment is fulfilled. This option also sends the tracking information in your QuickBooks Commerce order to Magento.

8. Create new products as disabled

Checking this box ensures that new products published to Magento are created as disabled, so that you can make further edits before viewing it on your Magento store. This is done to prevent any sync errors or missing information before you sync to your Magento store.
9. Assign orders to Warehouse and import price list

Import customer as allows you to select a default price list to use for the Magento - QuickBooks Commerce sync.
10. Stock locations

Save your changes and your settings will be updated!
