Canceling from within your account
Log in to your TradeGecko account and click on the Settings tab from your main navigation bar, followed by 'Plans and Billing'.
From here, kindly fill up a quick survey to provide your feedback. We are always working to serve better, so do reconsider before you confirm as this action is irreversible. If you are unsure about TradeGecko’s software or features, feel free to contact us or your Account Manager.
