We recommend using Chrome to run QuickBooks Commerce.
QuickBooks Commerce has been extensively tested with, and is most compatible with Google Chrome. Thus we recommend using Chrome for the most seamless experience. If you are using other browsers (Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, IE, Mobile Safari etc) you may experience some minor technical difficulties. Here are some things you can try to troubleshoot with that may help solve the problem.
1. Check the browser version
If QuickBooks Commerce used to work on your browser before, try rolling back your browser to an earlier version.
2. Check your add-ons
If your browser has add-ons that block cookies or scripts (common in firewall, antivirus or anti-malware apps), try to remove these add-ons and run the action again.
3. Clear your cache and cookies
Try to clear your browser's cache and cookies. Press Ctrl + Shift + Del, and choose to delete everything (except maybe passwords). Then, close all of the browser's tabs, open one and try running the action again.
4. Use Chrome
Alternatively, switch to using QuickBooks Commerce on Chrome and it should run smoothly. If you prefer to stay with an alternative browser, do contact us for assistance if the problem persists.
