You can easily use TradeGecko’s Intelligence Reports to get all the information you need to calculate commissions based on total sales by each of your team members.
First you’ll need to set up your team members in TradeGecko. If you’re on the business plan or higher, you can use the advanced permissions to limit your team members to only their assigned orders and companies.
Next when sales orders are created, ensure that the respective team member is assigned to the order.
Now you are ready to run a report on your team member's sales. Run a Sales Report by Assignee in Intelligence and select the appropriate date range.
Next, select the metrics that you want to include in your commission report. To run the report, click on Apply Changes.
This will give you a view of the total revenue and profit for each of your team members that made sales in that date range. Now you’ll have a full view of your team - you can hover over a bar in the graph to see the Assignee’s name and Total Sales, and you can sort by any of the metrics you selected.
To focus on one member at a time, all you need to do is filter the report with the Assignee dimension and enter the team member’s name.
Voila! Now you’ve got everything you need to calculate commissions. You can export this and all other intelligence reports as a csv file if necessary.
