You can enable batch tracking in bulk when importing new products via CSV.
Navigate to Inventory > click Bulk Manage, then select Import New Products.
To enable Batch Tracking in bulk, you'll need to select the Batch Tracked attribute when choosing which product attributes to include in your CSV export.
Once you have downloaded the CSV template with Batch Tracked attribute, input TRUE or FALSE as needed for each of your product's and their variants.
Do note that in your spreadsheet, you cannot input TRUE and FALSE for the variants of the same product. QuickBooks Commerce will register the information based on the first variant listed in the spreadsheet (as highlighted in the following image). In the example below, QuickBooks Commerce will register the product as FALSE, not batch tracked.

Continue to upload your updated spreadsheet. You'll be asked for one last check on your updated products.
Upload these products to complete your product import. Your desired products will now have batch tracking enabled in bulk.
