Configuring your Custom Domain

Note
Custom Domains are available to customers subscribed to the Business Premium plan and above (on new pricing plans).

This article provides you with the instructions to configure existing domain purchased through a third-party domain provider. After you have purchased your custom domain from your third-party domain provider, you will need to:

  1. Add the custom domain to TradeGecko’s B2B eCommerce store
  2. Log in to your third-party domain provider to configure the DNS settings

You will find a guide to help you add your custom domain to your B2B eCommerce store (link to step by step guide) and setup instructions for the most common domain providers to ensure that you setup your personalised B2B eCommerce store with ease.

If you have problems or need help configuring settings on your third-party domain provider (link to Common Providers article), please contact your third-party domain provider.

Note
TradeGecko will not have access to your third-party domain provider account, even if you authorise us to do so.
