With the new Dashboard on TradeGecko Mobile, you will have an overview of your business at a glance. This article will cover all the features you must know of!
Right at the top, you will see this:
Clicking the "Account Sync" button will allow you to start a full sync with your TradeGecko account.
Outstanding orders to finalize & New customers last week
These are some metrics to help you gauge the growth of your customer base and keep track of orders to be finalized. Time to work on them!
Right above the reports on the Dashboard, there is a button that says "Refresh", this allows you to refresh your reports without having to trigger a full account sync.
The "Hide Data" button on the Dashboard allows you to prevent accidentally showing your sales reports to customers while using the App. When you tap on this button, your Dashboard information will be hidden. What you (or your potential customers) will see is this:

What do the line graphs on the Dashboard mean?
Next, the line graph depicts your sales and cost over time. You can change the time period by click on the middle button above the chart. The options are Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days and This Year. In the image above, the line graph depicts Total Sales and Cost over This Year.
You can also tap on the right arrow on top of the chart to see other reports like Total Profit chart, or Quantity chart which shows the stock quantity transacted over a time period.
The second report shows you the top 5 sales by multiple dimensions. By default, this report illustrates your sales by variant. You can customise the dimension by clicking on the right arrow button at the top of the report. You will see that you can filter the data by Assignee, Channel, Customer, Customer Type, Supplier, Product, Product Type, Product Brand, Location and Shipping Country, depending on your user permissions and subscription plan.
So if you would like to see the sales by product, TradeGecko will generate the top 5 best selling products and their total sale information. It will look something like this:
With these reports, you can easily stay up to date on your sales orders and even your consignee sales (generate sales by location) too!
Does the Dashboard on TradeGecko Mobile App work offline?
Unfortunately, no. It will retain the last generated information but if you hit Refresh when you are not connected to the Internet, you will see something like this:
Once you are connected to the Internet, you can hit "Refresh" and the graphs and data will be generated with the updated information.
